Abstract
With the widespread use of antibiotics, drug resistance has become a hot topic around the world. In the mechanism of diarrhea, the infection of pathogenic Escherichia coli is an important part. As a biophysical phenomenon, protein liquid-liquid phase separation has significant application value in the field of biomedicine. Here, we selected a signaling pathway in vivo, using protein condensate composed of NCK, Nwasp and other proteins to realize the reconstruction of liquid-liquid phase separation in vitro, and screened out a peptide inhibitor that inhibits this signaling pathway through the regulation of phase separation. This has a significant effect on the infection of cells against EPEC.
